Weichert Realtors Realtor Review
Horrible!
Horrible customer service! Had the misfortune of dealing with Pam Willard in Vernon, NJ who was absolutely rude, as previous posts stated, neglect in returning any calls or emails and when she did, the lies came pouring out.
Lies about repairs that had not been made, lies about whether the utilities were on, lies about having a mortgage commitment when there was none, lies about where the sellers lived to cover up for her own lack of response, poor advice. She sits and tells you she shouldn't be talking to you because it's unethical but continues the conversation anyway.
Where is the Board of Realtors here??? I'd highly recommend NEVER working with that office!
Unprofessional, unorganized and uncaring

Realtors daughter and friends robbed my house
I was using a Weichert realtor/ Sharon Mondile Madorma to sell my house. She knew I would be spending the winter in Florida and asked me to rent a room to her daughter and that her daughter would keep an eye on my house.
While I was away the daughter had her heroin addict friends move into my house and rifled through all my drawers, closets and basement and robbed me blind even sleeping in my bed. I had the police escort them out.
I never even got so much as an apology from her mother. Just want to make people aware so this doesn't happen to them!
Simply Awful
Weichert Realtors Doylestown - DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
Darren Samsel of Weichert Realtors Doylestown had a buyer interested in our condo. The realtor notes specified that we only can do conventional. He had a letter stating that she was approved for a conventional. NOT TRUE. It was not a true conventional mortgage, but tied to FHA. The agreement was signed in early November.
We moved forward with buying a new house, paid for appraisals, inspections, etc., not to mention all the little costs for the buyer for our condo. to find out on December 17th that her mortgage was declined due a HUD package for FHA declined. Darren does not call back to fellow realtors, nor to anyone. He left us dangling for over a week.
Even though his buyer wanted to terminate the contract, it is now 12/30/2015 and we still have not received release paperwork so we can move forward - wow his buyer is out of the country now. So we have to wait.
As for his broker, Susan Thompson, she 100% backs him up. So in my opinion, she is as phony as a $3 bill.
WHY DID HE NOT CHECK THE FHA LIST??? he would have seen that we were not on it. WHY DIDN'T HE INQUIRE WITH OUR REALTOR. He would have found out in November this is not a good deal.
DO NOT USE WEICHERT DOYLESTOWN, stay clear of both Susan Thompson and Darren Samsel.
- We hate it

Mrs Willard, gives honest Realtors a bad name, has no morals
Pam Willard was abysmal to work with, always doing things her way then lying to cover her mistakes , pushy rude and unethical. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT. FYI according to the sussex realtor web-sight she is on the board of directors
I agree with the assessment of horrible agent. Note to annon., make that two bad agents, and actually since two were involved in my case, make it at leastt 3!
I can understand your dissatisfaction. However, one "bad" agent does not represent the whole organization.
I personally worked for Weichert for many years and can say, without any reservations, it was the best company i ever worked for.
