Someone thought it would be hurtful to write an anonymous and derogatory write up about me without even knowing me. I have never worked with anyone who was unhappy with my work. They referenced Facebook and none of my friends on Facebook would have done this. This was a fake review and shouldve never been posted.

Agent didn't reach out to seller after purchase, and gave a lousy house warming gift

Cyndi Mueller was our agent and we just moved into our house a month ago. Anytime I have had a concern, including the last one about a leak in our ceiling, she claims to never get a hold of the previous seller. We understand the seller is no longer liable for any issues with the house but any descent human being would feel obligated to fix the issue considering we have only been in the house for a month. Also, considering the commission she made off our purchase of the home, it would seem that is the least she could do considering the house was sold for 400k and all she gave as a house warming gift was a cheap sign. I have bought cheaper houses with nicer gifts and customer service.

My ex-wife and I sold our home in 2007. Weichert agent Theresa Bruney assisted. Major transaction with a large check due. Bruney is a no-show at closing. Weichert still gets paid. Worked with Jessica Wommack of Weichert to buy a home after sale above. Wommack sends a harsh email to my ex-wife in the midst of our search. We are the customer. My ex-wife did nothing wrong. We had to rent. Forwarded this complain in the above form to Weichert shortly after it got posted. No response from Weichert, at all. Not even an acknowledgement it was received.

Weichert Realty has been an unprofessional company to do business with. our company rendered Services back in June 2019 for an emergency fridge not cooling. refrigerator has since been working for the past 3 months. and to date the bookkeeper has not sent out a check for services rendered back in June. I have called the bookkeeper three or four times and I keep getting a run around saying that the manager is unavailable. our company will no longer be doing business with Weichert Realty and their Associates.

I am filing a complaint against the realtors with NYS and a complaint with the Bar Association, against the attorney who said he would represent me in the transaction. Saved text messages are a beautiful thing....!

April 2019 Gretchen M from Weichert was my agent and Beverly F at Howard Hanna was the Seller's agent. I found a home in Liverpool,NY I was interested in buying and set up a home inspection and an environmental inspection. They were both conducted on April 1st 2019. Gretchen asked me to go over the inspection report to address issues uncovered, so she could let the seller's agent know, what were my issues. Aside from the VISIBLE mold in the home, there were other items I asked to have repaired, replaced,, remediated by PROFESSIONALS and documentation provided to me, that they were in fact done. Upon receiving the lab results from the environmental firm on April 9th 2019 and I emailed Gretchen the results. Gretchen also emailed me, and she told me Beverly F told her the seller wasn't going to make repairs to a particular issue I addressed and no mention of the seller providing me documentation that other issues were done by professionals. On April 11th, 2019 I emailed Gretchen M that I was withdrawing my offer to purchase the home, based on health and safety issues and requested my $2,500.00 earnest money deposit be returned to me. Gretchen sent me a text on April 11, 2019, stating the check would be cut for me that day. As of today, April 19, 2019- I was told I via email from Deana at Bollinger Group, that my earnest money deposited in the Empower FCU in Fayetteville, can not be returned to me, because she needs the release signed from the seller, who appears to be refusing to sign it or that she needed a letter from an attorney involved in the home sale to request my deposit be returned. I wasn't under contract.....It was the initial documents filed and there were contingencies in the agreement. Now, I have to sue the homeowner, Gretchen at Weichert, Beverly at Howard Hanna and name Deana at Bollinger, Empower FCU to get the return of my earnest money. I also have to file a complaint against all agents involved with the NYS Department of Licensing Division and with the BBB and speak with my bank representative, to see if bank fraud is involved. RUN....DON'T WALK AWAY FROM WEICHERT REALTY RUN.

The property we purchased had a serious water drainage issue..the seller lied on the disclosure BUT the realtor said he has been selling in the area for 17 years and didn't know of the issue. Our new neighbors were hysterical with laughter as it is clearly in the river basin and ALL the properties have water issues. I wrote and called the office in Pt Pleasant and barely got to talk to anyone who ofcourse ignored the issue. My lawyer said it would cost more to sue the parties than make the repair. Cost me 10 grand to fix the issue...DO NOT GO NEAR WEICHERT PT PLEASANT.

They were absolutely terrible to work with as a listing agent. My agent was great but they weren’t. Pipes busted, they never answered phone, they didn’t take care of a local plumber (blue frog) who fixed the pipes that bursted day of closing. He fixed them for free because he felt bad cause we had small children and I’m active army. When the owner of the Valparaiso office came to get his doorknob key code thing, he wouldn’t drive through a puddle in my driveway. Take the sale, yet, don’t get your car dirty kinda thing. Been in sales 20 years with civilian and army and I was treated like a *** in my opinion. Suits, nice cars and fake attitudes is what I received. Brandi Mace from Century 21 was amazing.

Unforgivable service!

I recently had dealings with a Weichert agent and it was a terrible experience. I just want other buyers and sellers to know what happened to me.

I hired an agent to sell my home and when we met, everything worked out fine. The agent was very accommodating and I signed a contract. A lock box was placed on the door of the home which was fine. Then things started to fall apart.

75% of the time, I had to do all of the running around to get the home sold. When something was scheduled to be done to the house, this agent had an excuse why she was not able to be there to handle things. She wouldn't even give me notice and I had to drop everything to take care of what she was supposed to handle. She never informed me of what was going on and took it upon herself to purchase things for the house in order to pass inspection.

Then she had the nerve to send me receipts for things she purchased so I would reimburse her. I thought a real estate agent was hired to help the client to take care of things and relieve pressure and anxiety for the client. Instead, I had more pressure and anxiety than I bargained for. The sale finally moved along and was ready for closing and before I even signed any of the legal papers, the lock box was taken off of the door and the keys were given to the potential buyer by the real estate agent and work was being done inside my home!!!!

The new buyer hadn't even given me payment for his purchase, nor had the closing happened. I was more than furious! I contacted the agent several times and asked why she did that. I received no reply.

I contacted my lawyer and he was livid. The new owner was working in my home, using my electric and water facilities for free!!! Is there something wrong with this picture??? I finally had the closing, which the realtor, of course, could not attend.

Please be aware of this.

I realize not all agents are so uncaring like this one was. I hope that I can help someone so they don't have to go through this.

I wish I had done my due diligence with this company. They are so charming when you meet them at these houses (worst thing to do).

Also made the biggest mistake of being lazy and not securing my own lawyer and lender but working with everyone associated with Weichert, including their lawyer.

Talk about looking out for each other while acting like they care about you? It seems once the contract was signed we were on our own working directly with the lawyer and lender who works for the company and treating us as if we should now as much or more than the Realtors.

We called up office to get info on taxes and HOA fees, and she didn't call us back after she said she would in 5 min, then gave us attitude and told us to check Zillow for the information. We are pre-approved and ready to buy this week and she dismissed us. Then said she had to use favors to be able to show us properties, and that she could have saved them for "her new investors". Worst sales agent I've ever dealt with. I never write complaints online. Will never use Wiechert again, especially the Clifton, NJ office!

Misrepresentation, poor communication,

I saw a house for rent listed on Zillow, and contacted via phone, the listing agent Rose Rastiello of Morristown NJ Corporate Office. She amswered my initial question regarding pets and proceeded to tell me in great detail why the owner was renting, even telling me the company he worked for and where he was being transferred to and from I mentioned was in the same field and she said I would be a perfect match for the rental and I was lucky as it had just come on the market 2 hours ago.

There were no interior pictures of the home but as the location description and price fit my needs I wanted to see it as soon as possible. She said she would be going to the home the next day( Friday) to wait for the washer & dryer to be delivered. I told her I could view the home on Saturday as I had an appointment to view another property 2.5 miles from her listing at 11AM. she told me that as there was a snow advisory for Saturday after 1 PM she wouldn't be showing any homes after 12 noon.

I told her I would reschedule my other appointment for earlier and let her know. I called her back and told her I had moved my appointment up to 9AM. She told me to call her when I was leaving the other property and she wpuld me meet at her listing. I called her at 9:15 , got her voicemail and said I was heading over and would meet her there.

I also texted her. when I arrived I called and texted andtold her if she was going to be delayed let me know and I would find a place to wait. I did not receive a response I waited over an hour and left. Three days later she called and asked if i was interested in the property I asked her why she hadn't shown up or returned my calls/texts and she said oh you must have spoken to someone else in my office....

(really, someone else named Rose with the same cell phone # and a voicemail stating her name is rose Rstiello?) and she then told me the house was rented. meanwhile I decided to work with a realtor myself....my realtor found the same listing3 weeks and sent it to me I told her of my experience and she found that the hone had NOT been rented and was available to be shown. My realtor arranged a viewing. The house was exactly what I was looking for and the reason there were no interior pictures is that the owner is still in the process of moving, and he is also doing some minor touch ups to the house himself.

we noticed there was not a washer /dryer . My realtor made a list of questions including when a move in date was expected, and prepared to send in an application. Rose never returned my realtors calls all over the weekend, then on Monday her voicemail was full My realtor finally reached her on Wednesday morning and My realtor told her she had all the requested docs and the application and the credit report.. she sent them in and called 5 minutes later to make sure they were received and Rose told her they had already accepted an application and the house was rented.

Having been told by her before the house was rented when it was not, and seeing it STILL listed 2 days later makes me wonder what scam she is pulling.

Very disappointing and frustrating . Horribly unprofessional and rude.
