This guy and the services that have been given to us are less than satisfactory. No contact nor communication whatsoever since taking a listing.

When I wanted the contract canceled, he said no problem but never followed through and it still stays listed.

I have reached out several times and I've been ignored. I would say stay away from this firm!

I'm amazed that you're still around with so many bad reviews. That said, Dennis McGill III is a violent coward who has no business working with other human beings and he belongs behind bars.

Weichert is the worst. Spent many days calling/testing and no contact back. I wouldn't recommend them for my dog.

How do you even get people to move here?

Terrible service when you call the realtor you get her answering machine thats not accepting messages or leave a message on her phone and she call you back and she doesnt. I spoke to her a few times and they were sending listings for homes never received any listings.

I called this morning, her voicemail wasnt excepting calls again and leave a message on her phone texted which I did.

I told her to lose my number and I would do the same with her. Its a waste of time dealing with Weichart.

Seems like the agent was more interested in selling herself to my husband than helping us with our real estate needs. She was having an affair with him knowing he was married

With a new child.

Someone thought it would be hurtful to write an anonymous and derogatory write up about me without even knowing me. I have never worked with anyone who was unhappy with my work.

They referenced Facebook and none of my friends on Facebook would have done this. This was a fake review and shouldve never been posted.

You really need to look at the HATRED your Realtor L*** S***** posts on her facebook page. Totally inappropriate along with posting her association with Weichert Realtors!!!

Do not work with Kevins Ard of weichert la branch. They are unethical and dont care about clients. Steer clear of them.

Cyndi Mueller was our agent and we just moved into our house a month ago. Anytime I have had a concern, including the last one about a leak in our ceiling, she claims to never get a hold of the previous seller.

We understand the seller is no longer liable for any issues with the house but any descent human being would feel obligated to fix the issue considering we have only been in the house for a month.

Also, considering the commission she made off our purchase of the home, it would seem that is the least she could do considering the house was sold for 400k and all she gave as a house warming gift was a cheap sign. I have bought cheaper houses with nicer gifts and customer service.

My ex-wife and I sold our home in 2007. Weichert agent Theresa Bruney assisted.

Major transaction with a large check due. Bruney is a no-show at closing. Weichert still gets paid.

Worked with Jessica Wommack of Weichert to buy a home after sale above. Wommack sends a harsh email to my ex-wife in the midst of our search.

We are the customer. My ex-wife did nothing wrong. We had to rent.

Forwarded this complain in the above form to Weichert shortly after it got posted.

No response from Weichert, at all. Not even an acknowledgement it was received.

Weichert Realty has been an unprofessional company to do business with. our company rendered Services back in June 2019 for an emergency fridge not cooling.

refrigerator has since been working for the past 3 months. and to date the bookkeeper has not sent out a check for services rendered back in June.

I have called the bookkeeper three or four times and I keep getting a run around saying that the manager is unavailable. our company will no longer be doing business with Weichert Realty and their Associates.

April was outstanding, knowledgeable

And basically sold our home in 3 weeks. She even found a home for a stray cat we were feeding.

She was always available to answer questions and guide us through the process of selling our home

April 2019

Gretchen M from Weichert was my agent and Beverly F at Howard Hanna was the Seller's agent. I found a home in Liverpool,NY I was interested in buying and set up a home inspection and an environmental inspection. They were both conducted on April 1st 2019. Gretchen asked me to go over the inspection report to address issues uncovered, so she could let the seller's agent know, what were my issues. Aside from the VISIBLE mold in the home, there were other items I asked to have repaired, replaced,, remediated by PROFESSIONALS and documentation provided to me, that they were in fact done. Upon receiving the lab results from the environmental firm on April 9th 2019 and I emailed Gretchen the results. Gretchen also emailed me, and she told me Beverly F told her the seller wasn't going to make repairs to a particular issue I addressed and no mention of the seller providing me documentation that other issues were done by professionals.

On April 11th, 2019 I emailed Gretchen M that I was withdrawing my offer to purchase the home, based on health and safety issues and requested my $2,500.00 earnest money deposit be returned to me. Gretchen sent me a text on April 11, 2019, stating the check would be cut for me that day.

As of today, April 19, 2019- I was told I via email from Deana at Bollinger Group, that my earnest money deposited in the Empower FCU in Fayetteville, can not be returned to me, because she needs the release signed from the seller, who appears to be refusing to sign it or that she needed a letter from an attorney involved in the home sale to request my deposit be returned. I wasn't under contract.....It was the initial documents filed and there were contingencies in the agreement.

Now, I have to sue the homeowner, Gretchen at Weichert, Beverly at Howard Hanna and name Deana at Bollinger, Empower FCU to get the return of my earnest money. I also have to file a complaint against all agents involved with the NYS Department of Licensing Division and with the BBB and speak with my bank representative, to see if bank fraud is involved.

RUN....DON'T WALK AWAY FROM WEICHERT REALTY RUN.

I fine Kingston office to be a joke. Did not feel comfortable with Bonnie she informed me about very little. Her boss Randy was a bigger joke all in all very unhappy with him don’t feel very trustworthy or they work for your interest
